Muthu Silver Springs Hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of Kilimani area closer to all amenities. The staffs were the best part of the hotel - always kind, helpful and full of smiles. Mr Antoli - the guest satisfaction manager - and his team made sure that the guests were well cared for! So I highly recommend the hotel.

I loved the bed and the linen which helped me have a much needed good night sleep. The breakfast was generally good. The staff at the hotel are very professional and kind.

This hotel was really cool! I really like that manager of hotel, he was so nice and polite. Also receptionist was really great. All hotel was really comfortable and clean. For me it was really good services. If I will visite Nairobi, just this hotel!

Staff should replace the coffee in the room each morning and put the kettle near a wall plug. Beds in our room were very old.

Perfect location, very friendly staff, great prices, many special deals at restaurant. We will definitely stay here for every trip to Nairobi
